Job Description: Candidate would be managing the accounting and banking responsibilities
Good knowledge of bookkeeping and day to day accounting.
Handling company GST, TDS return filings, interact/co-ordinate with company Tax accountants and auditors.
Maintaining petty cash registers
Recruiting and hiring candidates for the company and its clients
On-boarding process, joining formalities and exit formalities
Preparing increment/promotion letters during appraisal time
Maintaining the employee database and the recruitment database
Managing and handling office purchases & requirements e.g. laptops, anti-virus protections, software renewals etc.
Interacting with Clients/Partners/Vendors for various requirements
