Job Description: Responsibilities:-
Ensuring compliance across processes, procedures, product, customer complaints, etc.- Maturing existing processes and introducing new one.
To perform compliance reviews, publish reports with actions and provide closure guidance as needed.
Building internal servicing- Coming up with ideas to improve and streamline operations, lower cost and improve efficiency.
Ensuring B-O Ops performance (tracking, monitoring, training as needed, etc.).
Monitor, advise, and lead the implementation of all relevant regulatory rule changes- Continue managing and developing a comprehensive regulatory compliance and risk framework.Forge strong relationships with regulators and their representatives, and continue to keep the organization abreast and prepared for any up-and-coming regulatory changes.Advise business teams on compliance and risk.
Design recommend effective controls to mitigate risks and help service delivery team prepare for upcoming client / external audits.Focus on auditing and managing effective implementation and delivery of functional processes within operations to mitigate risks.
Business experience interacting and working under international regulatory regimes.
Ability to take a business view of compliance without compromising on managing risk.
Can handle real-time emergencies and lead RCA and solutioning.
Experience in cross-functional compliance – Can build a team – hire, train, manage, motivate, evaluate, etc.
Creating business requirements for automating and building systems for tracking, reporting etc. and managing roll-out.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to connect with and articulate process non compliances, performance status, improvement areas to engineering/unit heads and emphatically advise corrective-preventive actions
Ability to lead a cross functional team and drive the desired outcomes
Confident, passionate for achieving goals
Ability to deliver compelling presentations to achieve a desired outcome
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Identify training needs and conduct trainings to bridge the gaps identified in assigned product unit/support functions
Should identify patterns across the faults/deviations/problems and suggest and implement process improvements
Measure Effectiveness of processes, derive and implement Effectiveness metrics at unit/Orgn. Level.
Managing Governance with Customer and Partners
Creating systemic documentation of processes and procedures, tracking of compliance issues, reporting to the higher authority.
Understanding of Cybersecurity regulations and experience with privacy laws, including General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
Strong leadership skills, including demonstrated strength in building compliance teams/frameworks, project management.
Experience working on process improvement and the ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities.
Ability to write executive and board ready reports, business presentations, policies, procedures, and operating guidelines.
A self-starter mentality with the ability to work flexible hours and perform well under pressure
Experience of having led at least one ISO 90001/TL 9000 audit/certification/metrics measurement
Knowledge of CMMI, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies
Ability to derive useful information/trends from voluminous data
Certified Scrum Master Certification
Root Cause Analysis skills
Ability to work with MS Excel in creating Charts, Macros, Pivot Tables and generating on demand reports
Ability to create impactful presentations using MS Power Point
Proficient in Microsoft Project Plan(MSP)
Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence
