- Master Data creation and handling ERP.
- Review the final payroll processing with Audit of payroll Input & all payroll output files.
- Overlooking the entire hiring process starting from telephonic interviews, pitching, head hunting, coordination for all the interviews, offer roll out and on boarding.
- Ensure yearly provisions of Gratuity, Bonus, Ex-gratia, Leave Encashment, Reimbursements and Superannuation in books of Accounts.
- Handling Employee Mediclaim, Group Term Life and Group Gratuity Schemes
- Ensures compliance with applicable national and local regulatory reporting requirements and guidelines.
- Ensured all employees and management are committed to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Managed timely submission of all applicable challans returns and renewals under applicable Labour Laws.
- Complying with statutory obligations under labour laws like EPF, ESIC Act, Gratuity Act, CLRA Act, Child Labour (Prohibition & Regulation) Act, S&E Act, Industrial Disputes Act, The Factories Act, The Payment of Wages Act, The Minimum Wages Act and applicable laws.
