Qualification: UG :Any Graduate

PG :MBA/PGDM in Marketing

Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Transformation leads, BUs, Support Functional heads, Business Owners to drive OpEx.

Create capability within the organization on lean transformation to begin with and establish operational excellence as a core competency in our teams

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other BUs / Peer experts /Global teams to maximize benefit realization
  • Identify opportunities for OpEx to be implemented to derive material benefit for the organization
  • Create and deliver a communications plan which builds a deep and wide understanding of OpEx across the division
  • Operate as an exemplar to constructively challenge the organization to constantly improve operational capability and performance
  • Graduate / Engineering background (REC/NIT/IIT etc.) and MBA
  • 7-12 years of the overall experience of which at least 5-8 years of experience in driving independent Black belt six sigma projects and lean transformation projects
  • Should have done at least 5-10 Black Belt Projects and over 10-20 Green Belt projects
  • Preferable have driven diverse technology-enabled solution using
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good Management and employee interface
