Duties & Responsibilities:
• Should able to understand business requirements, statutory/taxation requirements in the area of Sales, Distribution, Billing, Credit management and do “To process” mapping, Gap analysis, KDS finalization, custom development object identification /RICEF list
• Finalize the requirement of each custom development object (RICEF object). Prepare and provide functional specifications to the Technical team to carry out development
• Carry out functional configurations. Prepare test scripts. Do Unit testing and development testing.
• Identify integration scenarios, prepare Integration test script, and do integration testing.
• Plan and provide training to Core team and users
• Manage Master data and cutover data migration /upload
• Provide post go-live support for issues faced by users
