Job Description:Your key responsibilities:
- Resolution of Tickets within SLA
- Achieving TAT as per predefined target
- Keeping Ageing tickets in control
- Identifying and resolving Problem Tickets
- Contributing in various SAP projects as per need and at client location as necessary
- Awareness about ISO 14001, 45001 requirements
What we expect from you:
- Nice to have awareness of incident management process in a support environment for considerable number of users with an ability to work for SLA based service delivery.
- Nice to have knowledge about ITIL and Solution Manager
- Must have strong experience in SAP FICO.
- Must have 1 or 2 endto-end implementation experiences in FICO.
- Must have thorough understanding of SAP system from business process and cross functional perspective especially in a complex manufacturing environment.
- Must be well versed in period-end closing activities in FICO area
- Must have knowledge of integration of FICO with other modules like SD, MM, PS etc.
- Nice to have interact with ABAP developers for technical specifications to understand ABAP debugging techniques to work with user-exits and cross applications.
- Must have proficiency in gathering user requirements, system design and development, configuration, testing, implementation and providing support
- Must have expertise in project documentation.
