YOU ARE READY TO MAKE AN IMPACT
As a member of Oracleâ€™s Financial Services Cloud Development organization, you will work in a multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver leading edge SaaS solutions for the global marketplace. You will be working on our next generation cloud-native platform currently under development.
This is a new role in the organization and you will be a foundation member of the team chartered with developing various forms of user assistance â€“ including embedded and contextual help, online help, user and implementation guides, video tutorials, and training courseware. We also participate in product design and development by assisting in reviewing and providing feedback on customer-facing UI text.

What you need to be successful
BA/BS or MA/MS in Technical Communication, English, Instructional Design, or a related field, with at least 4-5 years of experience in writing software documentation and developing related forms of user assistance.

As a member of the technical writing division, you will organize and prepare information for publication and develop publication concepts for the best communication of subject matter. Review technical information prepared by other staff members for clarity and content. Take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.
